We’re building a practice where independent clinicians can grow their own businesses while staying connected to a team that genuinely supports one another.

Right now, we are particularly looking to welcome 1–2 fully licensed clinicians who want to work fully virtual (available immediately) or who are interested in providing in-person services in the Alliance area beginning Summer 2026.

Our Compensation Philosophy

We use a transparent revenue-sharing model that rewards consistency and growth.

As your caseload builds, your revenue split increases — ensuring that your income reflects your effort and independence.

Our goal is for every clinician to earn competitively, cover their supervision or business expenses comfortably, and keep more of what they work hard to earn — all while benefiting from shared support and community.

You’ll fit in here if you:
