Targeted therapy that identifies and changes negative thought patterns and behaviors, leading to lasting improvements in mental health. Available in person in the greater Fort Worth area and virtually across Texas.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely recognized and goal-oriented psychotherapy approach that targets negative thought patterns and behaviors contributing to emotional distress. Through structured sessions, clients collaborate with a therapist to identify and challenge these unhelpful patterns. CBT equips individuals with practical strategies and coping skills to manage a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, phobias, and more. By addressing the underlying causes of their challenges, clients can experience lasting improvements in their emotional well-being, thought processes, and overall quality of life. CBT is a versatile and evidence-based therapy that promotes self-awareness and empowers individuals to create positive change.
