Psychotherapy Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides one-on-one support, helping clients navigate personal challenges, improve mental well-being, and develop coping skills through confidential counseling sessions tailored to their unique needs.

In couples therapy, I leverage my Gottman Level 2 training and utilize scientifically-based Gottman methods to help you and your partner enhance your relationship. We focus on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening your emotional bond. Together, we'll find effective solutions to address any relationship issues you may be facing.

Couples Therapy

DBT teaches emotion regulation and effective coping strategies, offering practical skills to manage intense emotions and improve interpersonal relationships, making it particularly beneficial for individuals with emotional regulation challenges.

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)

CBT is a targeted therapy that identifies and modifies negative thought patterns and behaviors, fostering lasting improvements in mental health by teaching clients to change unhelpful thinking and actions.

CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

Trauma: EMDR and CPT

Experience relief and healing from trauma with two highly effective therapies: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). CPT, a specialized form of cognitive behavioral therapy, guides patients through a 12-session journey to challenge and reshape unhelpful beliefs stemming from traumatic experiences. EMDR, on the other hand, employs structured therapy sessions, integrating bilateral stimulation to reduce the emotional impact of trauma memories. Both approaches have a proven track record in alleviating symptoms of PTSD and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives.
